Diabetes Canada's Saskatchewan chapter held their 6th Annual No Sugar Tonight fundraising gala at Western Development Museum on November 6th. A number of our club members were there to support Diabetes Canada as part of our mission to fight diabetes.
Cosmopolitan International has been recognizing the most outstanding Cosmopolitans since 1961 with the annual Cosmo of the Year Award. At the Cosmopolitan International convention in July 2019, held in Chicago, Saskatoon Cosmopolitan Club members Deb and Terry Down became the first joint Cosmo of the Year awardees.

Our club has monthly social meetings, usually at a restaurant. For the September meeting, hosted by Kay Fey and Pam Smith, we took advantage of a lovely fall evening and had a corn and wiener roast at Gabriel Dumont Park in Saskatoon.

Cosmopolitan International invites you to participate in an effort to raise funds for diabetic alert dogs. You or someone you love may benefit from owning a diabetic alert dog, which is a service dog trained to detect sugar highs and lows in diabetics. If you would like to help an individual with diabetes own their own diabetic alert dog, please make your donation today. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent of the law.
